Nadoba is a private personal assistant application operated by Nader Hebela for his own individual use. It is not a product, not a service offered to the public, and has no customers or subscribers. These terms exist to describe its messaging behaviour for carrier compliance purposes.
The application sends SMS and voice notifications to a single recipient: the account owner, at a mobile number he configured himself. It does not send messages to any other person. It does not send marketing, promotional, or commercial content of any kind.
Consent to receive messages is established by the account owner configuring his own mobile number in the application and enabling notifications. No third-party consent is sought or required, because no third party receives messages.
Frequency varies with the account owner's configuration and activity. In typical use this is fewer than 10 messages per day.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS notifications can also be disabled at any time within the application's configuration.
The application is operated by its owner for his own convenience and is provided without warranty of any kind. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks and is not guaranteed.
If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
